  | | Introduce Yourself: Beautiful things in nature, flipping through magazines and catalogs, and just ''playing'' with beads and findings can really inspire me to design jewelry. I often go into a project without a plan -- I simply let the beautiful beads lead the way. Of course, there are times I wake up in the middle of the night with a really great design idea and can barely keep myself from working on it right away. My artistic style is undefined and I like it that way. Why put yourself in a box? The creation I am most proud of (besides my two little girls) is the very first piece of jewelry I ever made. It's a choker-style necklace with large faux pearls "floating" on wire. I made the piece for myself and someone actually offered to buy it right off my neck! I made another one just for her -- she purchased it and wore it every day. Then everyone wanted one and they all came to me -- it was chaos! It was great!
