Haynes, a graduate of The Gemological Institute of America (GIA), is an Accredited Jewelry Professional (A.J.P.) holding several certifications from the GIA in diamonds, colored stones, and jewelry essentials. Haynes is not only a certified, independent jewelry designer, she is also an instructor, co-author of Easy Beading Vol. 6 and Jewelry in a Flash (Kalmbach Publishing), and a frequent contributor to several industry-specific publications.
